All of these 4-week training cycles have specificity, overload, variation, progression and sequencing principles built in. They also establish select exercises (done in the best sequence) & proper training frequency. You will get a video demonstration of each exercise in your workouts. We’ll help you determine & assign what your training load(s) - how much you should be lifting, training volume and rest periods. Variation between your training sessions and weeks will be mixed in. Knowing when to increase your training loads is paramount, and that’s included in these cycles as well.
To compliment your training, nutritional guidance is included. In addition, flexibility & recovery work is included as well. Basically, everything you’ll need to maximize your efforts is detailed and included in each monthly cycle. All you have to do is show up and put the work in, and we’ll help you get that motivation dialed in as well! Let’s get it!
