About me…
I’ve been helping folks get in the best shape in the least amount of time since ’04 (WOW). I spent 7 of those years training the fittest and healthiest team in the MLL (Major Leage Lacrosse) with the Denver Outlaws. I’m a competitive weightlifter so I walk the walk. I’ve also been a guest lecturer for an upper-level class at UNLV, written feature articles and have been published in a handful of articles / magazines.
