About Eric Evans

I can’t help you till you commit. But once you commit, I won’t let you fail!

Eric has been featured in fitness, sports, and lifestyle publications including Cherry Creek Lifestyle, Mile High Sports Magazine, and USA Racquetball, sharing how high achievers build optimal fitness by getting the most results in the least amount of time.

An athlete his entire life (still competing in Olympic weightlifting), Eric knows firsthand the value of intentional strength, endurance, mobility, and mindset, not just for performance, but for confidence and long-term health and wellness. He’s passionate about science-backed training and the human body performing better with each rep and each stretch in a sustainable way, while also maximizing injury prevention. He was part of a state championship football team, set a record as a powerlifter and has been on the podium in international competition.

He knows success, and expects it!

For over 2 decades, Eric has trained professional athletes (he was the strength and conditioning coach for the Denver Outlaws), Olympic athletes, the former #1 and #6 ranked women’s racquetball players in the world and has a personal training background to compliment training clients that want to look and feel their best. His emphasis is always on what is sustainable and building habits that will last a lifetime. Beyond physical training, Eric also focuses on the mental health benefits of creating a simple, fit lifestyle that supports consistency and long-term success.

The workouts we do translate from the weight room to the field better than anything I have done before.  I have become a physically different athlete since we started working together!

What Makes Me Different

Most coaches just train bodies. I train people—their discipline, drive, and resilience.

  • Efficiency – Results in 30–45 minutes a day.

  • Science-Backed – Grounded in proven methods and decades of experience.

  • Unmatched Commitment – I bring more energy than anyone to your success.

  • Proven Across Levels – From Olympians to executives, I know how to win.
