Quitters’ Day.

In 2026, it landed on Friday, January 9th. The second Friday in January is the unofficial moment when a lot of people quietly start backing away from their New Year’s fitness goals. Motivation dips. Schedules feel heavy. The weather doesn’t help. And suddenly, skipping a workout feels easier than showing up.
